Additional Property Attributes

As early as 1911, the Site was developed with a stable, which by 1924 was depicted as an auto garage. It is unclear when the garage was removed from the Site. The Site was developed to Construction of the original Site building as the Our Lady of Monadnock Academy for Girls (catholic school) occurred in 1952. This use continued until 1961, when the building became a public elementary school renamed St. Patrick's School. At this time, the wastewater for the building was discharged to a septic system to the north-northwest of the building.

An addition was added to the northeastern side of the original building in 1966, consisting of additional classrooms, offices, bathrooms, and multipurpose room. The Site building was connected to the Jaffrey sanitary sewer system as part of the addition. St. Patrick's School operations continued at the Site until 2015, when the school closed due to low enrollment and financial troubles. The Site building has been vacant since.
