Additional Property Attributes

This primarily agricultural site is slated for the Certified Sites Program with the Missouri Dept. of Economic Development and BNSF Railway. The site houses a residential structure, built in 1887, along with accessory buildings. A Phase I ESA is needed for the Certified Sites Program. No RECs were identified during the investigation, but the following Business Environmental Risks (BERs) were. Asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and Lead-Based Paint (LBP) may be present in the onsite residences or outbuildings, based on the ages of the buildings. (Though not analytically confirmed). -A drinking water well is being used to provide drinking water to the onsite residences. If the site is redeveloped for industrial use, this well could serve as a potential migration pathway from such industry. -Three residential propane tanks are near the residence. Propane is flammable in gaseous form. -Fluorescent lighting units are present onsite with electrical ballasts that may contain polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). (Though not analytically confirmed).
