Additional Property Attributes

The property is inactive and ready for redevelopment. Form Energy, Inc. (Form Energy) has partnered with the State of West Virginia to build its first iron-air battery manufacturing facility on the 55-acre subset of the 270-acre tract that corresponds to Corrective Action Areas VIM and VIIM. The new battery manufacturing plant represent a total investment of up to $760MM and employ 750 new full-time jobs.
