Additional Property Attributes

The site contains four parcels that were previously used as residential property until the late 1990's. No buildings remain on-site. The parcels were acquired by the City of St. Louis during the airport buyout. St. Louis County wishes to acquire them from St. Louis City. St. Louis County leadership recommended an Environmental Assessment before completing the acquisition. The St. Louis County Department of Parks and Recreation wants to construct a parking lot on these parcels to facilitate Kinloch Park. A complete park renovation project is being designed to improve the park with new restrooms, shelter, athletic field, paved multi-use path, basketball courts, and a bioretention basin.

No recognized environmental conditions were found.
