The land use restriction will require that the integrity of engineered barriers be maintained in perpetuity and the VIMS be maintained as long as there is a risk of vapor intrusion. Annual inspections shall be completed by the property owner documenting any degradation to the engineered barrier, VIMS exhaust piping, and necessary repairs made. Future Site work that may penetrate engineered barriers or impact the effectiveness of the vapor mitigation system will require prior notice to VTDEC.
