Additional Property Attributes

The Crosley Building was constructed in the 1920s and used for various manufacturing purposes through the 1990s, including electric radio and appliance manufacturing, small-scale printing, and warehousing. The building is a multi-story, L-shaped steel-reinforced concrete structure with approximately 300,000 square feet of space, and is an iconic landmark for the City. Following abatement and remediation, the Property will be redeveloped, for mixed residential/commercial use.
