Additional Property Attributes

The Property is currently developed with one 4-story commerical/industrial building with a walkout basement and a combined 32,000 square feet of space, constructed in 1891. The Property has been vacant since August 2023 and was previously occupied by: Cincinnati Screw & Tap (1891-early 1900s), various machining operations (early 1900s-late 1910s), Lunkenheimer Valves cafeteria (late 1910s-late 1920s), National Screen Manufacturing Co. (1930s), aluminum industries (1940s), Crosley Motors (1950s), Midwest Textile manufacturer of meat packer supplies and undergarments (1960s-1980s), various small-scale manufacturing/storage operations (1990s-2000s), and storage and studio art space (2015-2023).

The interior of the building contains several drums of non-hazardous and hazardous liquids and solids including used oils, acids, detergents and caustics. An ABCA and CIP was approved including removal of the drummed materials for proper disposal at an off-site licensed Subtitle C facility.
