Additional Property Attributes

The Property was developed in 1923 with a sheet metal works facility and in 1925 with an industrial warehouse. In 1935 the warehouse was converted to a non-ferrous metals foundry occupied by Reliable Castings, whose operations expanded over time to occupy the entire property. Reliable Castings manufactured aluminum parts recently, and in the past brass, bronze, and copper castings were also manufactured. Reliable Castings ceased operations at the Property in 2021 and the Property has remained vacant since such time.
