Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical resources were able to document that the subject property was agricultural or vacant land from at least 1952 until 1960 when the original portion of the subject building was constructed in the northeastern portion with a gravel parking lot located in the northwestern portion. Based on information obtained during the previous Phase I ESA and according to the current owner, the subject building was occupied by small-scale manufacturing of modular buildings (which included metal shaping and assembly) in at least the early 1970s (and likely from construction) until the early 1980s. The subject building was then occupied by office activities, the American Legion, and a building supply company from the early 1980s until the early 2000s. The building was then used for file storage from that time until 2016 when the current retail and small-scale upholstery service began occupancy. Additionally, two small structures were constructed in the southwestern portion between 2016 and 2019, which were utilized for a snow cone restaurant and were removed by March 2024.

No Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) were identified.
