Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consisted of four parcels, three of which were contiguous along Greenwood Avenue that constituted the western portion of the Subject Property, and one parcel located along Hubbard Street that constituted the eastern portion of the Subject Property. The Subject Property was developed with residences, three in the western portion and one in the eastern portion, as early as 1919. One of the residences in the western portion was demolished by 1999 and the second by 2012. The remaining residence in the western portion and the residence in the eastern portion were demolished by 2014. The origin of the material used to backfill the former residential basements is unknown. At the time of reconnaissance, the western and eastern portions consisted of grass- and tree-covered land. General refuse was observed along the southern boundary of the western portion.

This assessment has revealed the following recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Subject Property:
* The potential for contaminated fill of unknown origin to be present associated with backfilling of former residential basements.
* The potential for migration of unknown impact, or historical placement of undocumented fill, onto the Subject Property from the area between the western and eastern portions of the Subject Property.
