Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in June 2024 revealed a REC in relation to a nearby former gas station with auto repair (approximately 200 feet west and upgradient of the subject property). No agency documentation was found in relation to the former gas station. Based on proximity and anticipated groundwater flow direction, the potential for migrating impacts is considered a REC.
A Phase II ESA completed in September 2024 revealed no impacts in excess of State cleanup target levels.
