Additional Property Attributes

The site is approximately 0.05-acre in area and consists of one parcel of land. The majority of the site is occupied by an approximately 1,700 square-foot, single story commercial building. A small concrete-paved private parking area is located on the south side of the site, between the site building and southerly adjoining public alley.

The site was unimproved land from at least 1906 until 1951. In 1952, the site was developed with the majority (1,500 square feet) of the current site building, with a small (200 square feet) addition constructed on the southeastern side of the building in late 1971/early 1972. The site building was occupied by an optometrist office from at least the early 1960s until 2014, when the optometrist office relocated to the west adjoining building (2299 West Road). Since 2014, the site building has been vacant.
