Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of 1.03-acres of vacant land comprised of various parcels. There is one abandoned vacant building located at 126 N. Broadway Avenue. The building has been condemned. The Phase I ESA identified that the residential structure previously caught fire and could have released asbestos and lead materials to the environment. Sampling is recommended to evaluate potential impacts. This site is located is a possible redevelopment area for the city. The uncertainty associated with the site is impacting future redevelopment.
