Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consists of a one-story, approximately 13,800 square feet (sq ft) building located on an approximately 0.64-acre parcel within the larger 428.3-acre portion of the Mid-Delta Regional Airport
(Airport) owned by the City of Greenville, Mississippi. The building appeared to have a wooden frame on a cinder block foundation with a shingle roof and fiber-board siding. The building is currently unused and
reported by the Airport to be unstable and not accessible. From the front door the interior finishes appeared to consist of floor tiles, ceiling tiles, and drywall walls. The area immediately surrounding the
Subject Property building is vegetated and includes both maintained and unmaintained, overgrown vegetation. Drainage features are located to the north and east of the building and unmaintained roads
are located to the south and west. Adjoining properties, as well as the nearby area, include the Airport and associated infrastructure, vacant land, unoccupied buildings, and residential properties near the
Airport boundary.
