Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is currently vacant and was formerly part of the film processing company located towards the south end of the property. Previous land uses include an auto dealership several auto repair shops, a locksmith and a film processing laboratory. Activities related to the use of hazardous materials include underground storage tanks, clarifiers, paint booths, and auto repair and maintenance activities. Elevated levels of arsenic of up to 345 mg/kg were detected in surface soils.
