Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property includes the former St. Stephen's Lutheran Church building, built in 1964. After the construction of the new St. Stephen's church in the early 2000s, the church has been leased out to Nueva Vision Asamblea Cristiana, which uses the building for church services and community services. The building was accepted onto the National Registry of Historical Landmarks in 2019. Ahead of planned historic renovations and roof repair, a regulated building materials survey was conducted in spring 2024. The assessment identified the presence of asbestos containing materials and lead-based paint.
