Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the site reconnaissance, the Subject Property was developed as a two-story dwelling with a basement. The dwelling was surrounded by grass with paved parking areas along the southern boundary. Interior portions of the dwelling were vacant. Most interior walls had been demolished and a portion of the floor had collapsed into the basement. Standing water was also observed in the basement. This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Subject Property.
No VECs or emerging contaminant concerns were identified in connection with the Subject Property.
We identified no significant data gaps or limiting conditions representing significant data gaps in connection with this ESA.
It is the EP's opinion that further investigation is not warranted.
