Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the site reconnaissance, the Subject Property was primarily grass-covered with a gravel driveway that extended from the central portion to the east boundary along South Pierce Street. This assessment has revealed the following recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Subject Property:
* The potential for the migration of unknown or unreported releases from the western-adjoining filling station (1300 West Memorial Drive) and the filling station/auto repair shop to the southeast (1901 South Hoyt Avenue).
The following vapor encroachment conditions (VECs) and/or emerging contaminant concerns were identified at the Subject Property:
* The potential for vapors associated with unknown or unreported releases from the western-adjoining filling station and the filling station/auto repair shop to the southeast.
We identified no significant data gaps or limiting conditions representing significant data gaps in connection with this ESA. It is the EP's opinion that further investigation is warranted.
