Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I study identified 4 RECs from a long history of industrial use, plus possible asbestos, lead paint, and PCB concerns. Of most immediate concern is the storage of well over 200 barrels of hazardous materials on site in an uncontrolled environment. Some minimal leakage has occurred. Negotiations are underway between the purchaser and owner to credit the sale price for the cost of the barrel removal. TRORC plans to provide assessment funding for barrel inventory and testing.
