Additional Property Attributes

The Site is 0.36 acres and is a rectangular shape on three parcels of land. There is a one-story office building located on the property that was constructed in 1964 and contains approximately 2,046-square feet of floor space. The site is currently unoccupied.

A historical review indicates that the eastern portion was first developed by 1892 with a shed associated with a south-adjoining residential dwelling. By 1924, the shed was replaced by an automotive repair garage and by 1938, it was utilized as an upholstery shop. The structure was removed by 1956. The site was utilized as a parking lot until the current on-site building was constructed in 1964. Occupants of the existing on-site building have consisted of various offices and a seasonal restaurant. According to the 1924 Sanborn map, an automotive repair operation was identified on the eastern portion of the site in a shed/garage. The potential exists for releases of hazardous and/or petroleum products to have occurred during the historical operations.
