Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of 0.14 acres and contains one irregular shaped parcel with two
buildings. The subject property is currently in active use as a Jewish synagogue. One main building
is present on the subject property which is used as a sanctuary on the upper floor and a meeting
room on the lower floor. A detached body burial preparation building is located along the
northeastern portion of the subject property, which was excluded from the Phase I ESA. The
subject property has been used as a synagogue since the 1880's. Prior that that, the subject
property was reportedly owned by a stone cutter. The body burial preparation building has been
in operation for at least 70 years and no historical uses of embalming fluids inside this building are
known. No other historical uses are known to have occurred at the subject property.

As of fall 2024, the inside of the property has been renovated. Planned uses are two apartments and also commercial use.
