Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consists of one parcel of land between Old State Route 78 to the northeast and State Route 78 to the southwest. The Subject Property is currently owned by Cornerstone, who operated a church out of the former school building before building the current church structure in the early 2000s. The Subject Property currently has four structures - a residence, a former school building, a current church building, and a shed. Tetra Tech observed three 55-gallon drums near the school entrance. The drums appeared to be empty with no obvious evidence of staining or leaking observed. A large pile of coal was observed in the basement of the former school building, near the furnaces.
