Additional Property Attributes

The Property was residentially developed prior to becoming a church in 1908 until 1915. Since the property building was constructed in 1915 to be used as a Rose Hill Elementary until 2002 after which it was used as a church and a food pantry. A potential developer is interested in purchasing the property and converting it to apartments. The Phase I did not indicate hazardous substances or petroleum releases on or to the property. The assessment did not reveal evidence of RECs, HRECs, CRECs, or IAs in connection with the Property. Several asbestos-containing materials were identified from the asbestos survey including floor tiles and flooring. In addition, many different painted surfaces within the property building tested positive for lead-based paints.
