Additional Property Attributes

The property was developed with WM Focke Son Slaughterhouse, Ice Pond, and Hydraulic Canal in the late 1880s. From 1898 through 1964 WM Focke & Sons Pork & Beef Packers including Pump House, cold storage, killing room, cattle pens, sheds, ice house, tanks, railroad, and 6-inch water pipelines were depicted. In 1985 warehouses and parking were depicted. The City recently invested in rebuilding the street, in part to help attract new business investment to the Springfield Street Corridor area. The supplemental Phase II delineates the extent of lead.
