Additional Property Attributes

Property is residential/agricultural historically. TCE groundwater contamination exists beneath the property due to historical use at a nearby industrial facility. Site is restricted w/ an Institutional Control (Environmental Covenant). Soil gas was also sampled, and indoor air exposure is not a complete pathway.
