Additional Property Attributes

ICC Austin provides affordable cooperative housing for college students. The property is located in the west campus area near the University of Texas at Austin and is developed with cooperative housing. ICC Austin plans to redevelop the properties into affordable student housing to serve the University of Texas campus. The combined properties will be redeveloped into a 10-story tower to provide housing for 444 students, with a minimum of 30% affordable beds (134). ICC Austin will be applying for Rental Housing Development Assistance funds from the City if Austin Housing UNO Trust Fund. They anticipate $120M leveraged for project costs, preserving 12 jobs, and adding 4-8 new jobs upon completion.
The Phase I ESA did not identify any RECs.
