Additional Property Attributes

Austin Economic Development Corporation -AEDC- will be loaning funds to the purchaser for acquisition as part of an effort to preserve live music venues in Austin's historic music district. Austin prides itself on being the live music capitol of the world, and this property is a music venue located in the Red River music district. AEDC is providing a loan to acquire the property to preserve the site's status as a live music venue amid rising rents and shuttering of long-time venues. The purchaser intends to expand the venue's capacity, which will increase employment to 13 full time staff and 130 contract/temp staff for events.
The Phase I ESA did not identify any RECs needing additional assessment at this time.
