Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in August 2024 revealed no RECs per ASTM E1527-21. A business environmental risk was identified in relation to the potential presence of asbestos containing materials and/or lead-based paint due to the structure being built in 1940.
A renovation/limited asbestos survey and lead-based paint screening were completed in September 2024 that revealed no asbestos within 33 bulk samples collected from accessible surfaces of the structure. In addition, no lead-based paint was identified in any of the interior of exterior painted surfaces.
