Additional Property Attributes

Based on review of historical information, the Subject Property was undeveloped land
from at least 1939 until 1960, when the existing medical office building was developed.
By 1977, the detached garage building and adjoining paved parking areas were
developed. Since at least 1960, the Subject Property has operated as a medical office.
According to information gathered from the Subject Property owner, the Subject
Property was previously heated using a boiler with a heating oil underground storage
tank (UST). According to the owner, the UST was emptied of all heating oil several
years ago and is no longer in use. Additionally, according to the owner, all suspect
asbestos materials were removed from the Subject Property buildings during a remodel
in the 2000s.
