Additional Property Attributes

The Former NH Marble and Fiberglass site is located in Derry, NH in a mixed-use area and surrounded by commercial and residential properties. Historically, the Site was associated with various manufacturing and commercial uses, including a shoe factory, countertop manufacturing by the New Hampshire Marble and Fiberglass, and woodworking. In June 2015 the town acquired the property through tax lien. Based on historic site investigation results, the EPA performed a Removal Action (RA) to remediate soil in 2016. In 2020 and 2021 Phase II investigations were conducted to further characterize subsurface conditions and support future redevelopment planning at the site.
