Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property primarily consists of maintained grass-covered surfaces with dense ground-level vegetation and several mature trees along the north, west, and southern perimeter. Evidence of residual asphalt and concrete pavement is present in the center of the Subject Property, between two (2) small trees. Small metal stakes are noted around one of the trees. There are no observed structures or other improvements on the Subject Property. From at least 1938 the Subject Property was developed with a residential dwelling and garage. By at least 1952 until at least 1999, additional structures were present near the southwestern corner and along the northern parcel boundary. By at least 2006 until at least 2015, the only structure remaining was the house. By at least 2019 until present-day, the Subject Property is a vacant lot, covered with trees and other vegetation.
