Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is currently a vacant lot. The grounds consist of grass cover, tree cover, and a partially paved lot. From at least 1938 until at least 1952, the Subject Property is undeveloped, vacant land. By at least 1962, site development has taken place. From at least 1967 until at least 1993, the Site is operating as a bowling alley and lounge. By at least 1999 until present day, the commercial building has been razed, with only the asphalt-paved parking lot remaining. By 2009, the vacant lot shows signs of vegetative growth.
