Additional Property Attributes

1250 Hubbard consisted of undeveloped land in at least 1897. Between 1897 and 1911, the parcel was occupied by multi-family residential dwellings. The buildings were demolished and the current apartment building was constructed in 1928. Additionally, a coffee shop was listed in the basement in the 1931 city directory, a beauty shop was listed in city directories at 3969 Porter between the 1940s and early 1970s and a grocer was listed at 3961 Porter between the 1930s and early 1960s. 3962 Porter consisted of undeveloped land with wood piles in the northern portion in at least 1897. Between 1897 and 1911, multi-family dwellings known as The Morris Apartments were constructed and were demolished in approximately 1987. 3962 Porter consisted of undeveloped land between at least 1992 until being partially redeveloped into a parking lot between 2005 and 2009 with the current parking lot constructed around 2016.
