Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of a 40,000 sq. ft. school building that was built around the 1940's and is suspected to have lead-based paint (LBP) and asbestos-containing materials (ACM). The building is set to be purchased by a nonprofit that focuses on converting older buildings into affordable housing.

No RECs were identified in the Phase I ESA. An inspection for ACM and LBP was conducted, and both ACM and LBP were found on the site.
