Site contains one 2400 square-foot building in useable condition (part of the 3-building merge T-shirt shop). Past site uses include a drug store (1902), vacant building (1910), and was the Auxvasse Community Center for many years. Around 2020 the city sold it along with 115 Main Street and it is currently connected with 199 and 121 Main Street. It is home to a large custom T-shirt shop and printing company, AKA One Stop Custom or Better Moore Enterprises LLC. Anticipated use is to remain "One Stop Customs" T-Shirt printing shop. Lead-based paint and asbestos-containing materials are potential contaminants based on the age of the building. Asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and lead-based paint (LBP) were identified in the building.
