Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is currently occupied by a one-story commercial warehouse structure with a
finished basement, an asphalt driveway, and concrete sidewalks. The building at the subject
property was constructed in 1919 with the first confirmed use as a garage and oils and gasoline
retail and wholesale business in 1929. Use of the building as an oils and gasoline sales and
service station, presumably with USTs continued until 1979, after which the building was used
as an automotive parts store, machine shop, and boat retail and repair shop from 1979 through
2001. The building was used as the Good Buddy Pawn shop from 2001 through 2015 and then
left vacant until the current owner purchased the property in 2022.

An abandoned un-regulation tank filled with sand was found just in front of the main entrance. DEQ Brownfields program was willing to pull the tank and investigate underneath the tank for a release, but the property owner needed to rent the building and decided to leave the un-regulated tank in place.

The property is currently under redevelopment.
