Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of 568, 562, 558, Vance St., 714, 716 City Park Ave., and 555 Lucas St. A gasoline service station historically occupied the western portion of the Property (702 City Park) from at least the mid-1920s to the 1940s. Based on a 1936 Sanborn Fire Insurance (Sanborn) map, two gasoline underground storage tanks (USTs) were located north of the gasoline station building. No information regarding the removal of the USTs was identified during the Phase I ESA. No significant contamination was identified during the Phase II ESA; aside from arsenic and chromium detected above residential reuse standards. No USTs were found during the geophysical survey. The Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity plans to construct two new single-family residences on the property.
