Additional Property Attributes

This site totals 0.42 acres and 18,202 square feet of vacant land zoned for shopping and commercial services. The history of the site is relatively unknown, but it has remained vacant since at least 2009. Future use includes plans for a commercial space with offices. Phase I Environmental Site Assessment determined there is one controlled recognized environmental condition onsite. The Tanks program provided a No Further Action letter with the restrictions of no installation of drinking water wells or change in land use without further investigation. No RECs were identified in the Phase I ESA. One Controlled Recognized Environmental Condition (CREC) was identified. The department provided tank removal oversight and a No Further Action Letter was issued in 2010 pertaining to a removal of a leaking underground storage tank (LUST). No further investigation of the site is required unless there is a change in land use to residential. Change in land use will require further investigation as mentioned in the NFA. The NFA mentions no installation of drinking water wells.
