Property Highlights

The property was primarily a grain storage facility from at least 1914. The older mill area in the central portion of the site was demolished before 1981. Ten silos remain, and a former office/house remains on the vacant site. All RECs are associated with OFF property uses: Bulk petroleum/filling station to the south; filling station to the west; St. Paris Bulk Oil Co from 1927-1948 to the north; auto repair shop to the southwest; bulk petroleum storage from 1959-2000 to the northwest. ACM identified in the office/house: floor tile, window glazing, and drywall/joint compound.
