Additional Property Attributes

The property was formerly a historical filling station, auto dealership, a Goodwill retail center, and is currently a martial arts studio. There is currently one building on the property. The end user intends to renovate the martial arts studio into a winery and bistro. The asbestos survey was mobilized but canceled due to a disagreement between the current owner and the incoming developer. The geophysical survey identified a backfilled area that was determined to be a previous UST cavity. The Phase II did not identify any contamination or release of petroleum on the property.
