Additional Property Attributes

The Property is approximately 5.89-acres and was observed to be a temporarily closed recreational park, which consisted of a baseball field, basketball court, soccer
fields, and a playground. The Town of Lake Park is undergoing a green infrastructure stormwater improvement project on the Subject Property, involving the installation of subterranean structures to store and filter stormwater received onto the Subject Property. The Property was used recreationally since at least the mid-1940's and has remained largely unchanged for the past 80 years. The Town of Lake Park plans to construct an aquatic center and community center in the southern portion of the Property and utilize the open green space in the northern portion on the Property for recreational purposes and stormwater collection/filtration.
