Additional Property Attributes

Based on the review of historical information, the Subject Property appears to have been developed as part of the Mineral County High School facility since at least the late 1940s. Based on review of aerial photographs, the Subject Property consisted of the existing school building and surrounding landscaping since at least 1954. According to the site contact, the Subject Property has been vacant since approximately the late 2000s.
