Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Subject Property consisted of approximately 0.2-acres of land. The Subject Property was a vacant lot that was primarily paved. Areas of grass and vegetation were located along the northern and eastern boundaries and near the northwest and southwest corners.
This assessment has revealed the following recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Subject Property.
* The potential for unknown or unreported releases associated with the use of the Subject Property as filling station.
* The potential for the migration of contamination from unknown or unreported releases from the northern and southern-adjoining suspect dry cleaners and the southern-adjoining automotive repair shop.
It is the EP's opinion that further investigation is warranted.
