Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in September 2024 revealed one REC in relation to one parcel of the study area (1002 N Howard) in relation to the long-term use for auto repair. While assessment data was found in agency files indicating the former USTs meet the definition of a HREC, no assessment data was identified in direct relation to the auto repair activities or the area where those activities occurred.
