Additional Property Attributes

The Property consisted of approximately 0.09 acres of land developed with a vacant, former dry cleaner building approximately 2,000 square-feet in size. The remainder of the Property was an unpaved parking lot. The Property was vacant land in a residential area by 1940. The Property was developed with a milk depot/ice cream parlor by 1946 and operated until the late 1960s. From 1969 to 2005, the Property operated as a dry cleaner. An underground storage tank located in the northwest portion of the building reportedly contained dry-cleaning solvent and was removed from the ground prior to 2005. From 2005 to 2023, the Property was vacant.
