Additional Property Attributes

Property is adjacent to a former rail line and the site of a rail station. It is currently vacant. The rail line operated from the early 1900s until it closed between 1970-1972. The station was demolished a few years after the closure. The property is currently owned by a local private developer. There is a current and urgent interest from a local business looking to expand and needs a 15,000-20,000 sq' building. Funding was utilized to create a site conceptual design.
