Additional Property Attributes

Based on historical information, it is suspected that a cleaners business operated at, or immediately adjacent to the site, in 1934 and 1935. Additionally, a commercial building was historically present to the east of the site. Collectively, these create uncertainty that is an impediment to future redevelopment of the property. This site is ultimately being considered along with various adjacent parcels for future redevelopment. Additional investigation was recommended. Suspected COCs include VOCs and PAHs. The site is located in Kennecott North Zone OU 9 which included a No Further Action remedy. A Phase II ESA was conducted in July 2024 and a final report was completed in October 2024. The site is currently vacant.
