Additional Property Attributes

The site is approximately 0.5152 acre in area, consists of one parcel and is developed with two buildings: one vacant former automobile repair and painting facility and one vacant duplex. The historic use of the site as a gasoline station in the 1940s and for automobile repair from the 1940s through the mid-2010s.

The geophysical survey identified four anomalies interpreted to represent USTs in the northwestern and east-central portions of the site. Soil samples collected from the vicinity of the USTs did not identify any VOC concentrations above laboratory detection limits. Various PAHs and RCRA metals were detected; however, the detected concentration were below the VAP GDCS.

VOCs and PAHs were not detected above the laboratory detection limits in the groundwater samples submitted for analysis. Concentrations of arsenic and barium were detected in the groundwater samples submitted for analysis. The detected arsenic concentrations were above the VAP GUPUS. The detected barium concentrations were below the VAP GUPUS.
