Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of a single parcel that is bounded by Fairgrounds Road to the south with agricultural land and the Tipton County Fairgrounds beyond. Cicero Creek adjoins to the north with a golf course beyond. Commercial properties adjoin to the east and west with Golf Course Road bounding the subject property to the west and South Main Street bounding it to the east. Historically, according to Owner Testimony, the subject property has been owned by Tipton County since the late 1800s and operated as a municipal landfill from the early 1900s to 1970. It is currently utilized for overflow parking during events held at the Tipton County Fairgrounds. Environmentally significant information pertaining to the subject property found during the course of this investigation includes: * The potential historic presence of a landfill on or very near to the subject property * Agricultural land upgradient and adjoining the subject property to the south * The historic presence of a UST adjoining the subject property
