Additional Property Attributes

The site is approximately 3.93 acres in area, consists of one parcel of land, and currently contains four single-story motel buildings totaling approximately 40,425 square feet and associated paved drive/parking areas that occupy most of the site. An approximately 190 square foot wooden shed, a small detention pond, and a landscaped area (former pool) are located on the northeastern portion of the site. The areas along the sides of the site are grass-covered with some trees and a few landscape beds. The motel is currently vacant.

The site was unimproved land from at least 1906 to at least 1928, undeveloped agricultural and/or grassy and brushy land from at least 1937 until the early 1980s, and has been developed with the current motel since 1985. The motel has been vacant since late June 2024.
